About REST 30

Yo it’s in blog format now! Click on the menu on the left and find what you like if you want to listen. It would honor me if you’d download as much as you’d like when you find the links, just right click or do whatever computers do, they’re direct links to the files unless it’s a player pasted from Bandcamp. Some computers have a hard time with downloading plain files, so proceed and don’t be afraid. They are naked MP3 files, usually with a name that says what it is, but that your program will probably recognize it as “unknown artist”. About REST 30 RECORDS:
It’s a title I settled on at some point to tie together my work and to excercise my record label hobby. In the 90′s and early 2000′s, everyone had to have a record label hobby.  I would write “REST 30 RECORDS” on the CD’s that I made (that is the full extent of the hobby). The name is in reference to the nintendo game “Lifeforce” and the code you could enter for 30 lives instead of the default 3. It’s translated from Japanese on the opening screen as “rest 30″. It means: “The rest of your lives is 30 of them” ha ha. Most people know this trick from the game Contra, but I guess that I’ve always had the real passion for shmups. Google “Shmups”. Lifeforce is the one that really needed it, anyways.

Hey, check out this artwork I made, plus don’t get mad if I spelled your name wrong, put you in the wrong band, or trashed your heritage.
